Honey-hued wood floors complement crisp white walls which offer an abundance of room to display all your favorite art. Right off the foyer, a well planned kitchen with breakfast nook invites you to flex your culinary muscle in style. Counters of labradorite have gems and fossils hidden in the deep green stone – beautiful to see and a wonderful surface for meal prep. Pass-through window keeps you connected to guests who are sitting at the curved bar on the dining alcove side.

Tall windows along the east and southwest walls invite natural light inside while sliders take you out to screened pool and spa. With our temperate climate, you can enjoy a swim most of the year and have a front row seat to witness the colors of the marsh as they change with the seasons.

En-suite, the main bedroom is downstairs with its own access to pool and patio. Outfitted walk-in closet keeps you organized, there’s a tub for long soaks or a shower when you’re on the move. 1/2 bath tucked under the stairs serves day and dinner guests.

Softly carpeted steps lead to the “loft” which has served as office, family room, yoga and meditation studio. From here you look over the downstairs living area out the arched windows to the expansive burst of sky. 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom and guests will appreciate the privacy up here.

With your own private water feature, a daily swim will be a healthy habit and you’ll soon become an expert on our native birds. Two sun decks surround the pool and there’s a plant shelf for your green thumb vegetable garden. Sunsets here are spectacular with nothing between you and the brilliant sky but green and golden grasses. 5 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants and then back home, sweet home again.
