Welcome to the Inn @ Camachee: a small waterfront enclave of 19 condotel units overlooking the marina and Intracoastal Waterway. What’s a condotel? A hybrid of condominium and hotel room which you can own, lease part-time and occupy for up to 105 days per calendar year. #29 is the 2nd largest flat, offering two rooms instead of the customary one. With a corner location for great light, two generous decks overlooking marina, ICW and the Vilano Bridge, this tastefully decorated flat is turnkey.

A wonderful location just a little over a mile to the closest beach and the same distance to the city gates and our beloved fort, all the best of St Augustine is within easy reach. This 2nd floor flat has wonderful water views in all directions and with two rooms, it’s very comfortable for you and your paying guests, no matter how short or long the stay. You enter into the bedroom which enjoys great privacy and abundant natural light. A private deck affords lovely vistas of the waterway and the graceful bridge that spans it. Take in the sunrise here with your morning coffee while you consider the day’s itinerary. The bathroom is just off the tiny hallway and the gathering room has ample room for living, casual dining and mini-meal prep. You’ll find yourself out on the deck more often than not. This one faces west over the marina and looks out to the marsh beyond – an ideal spot for evening cocktails to accompany the sunset.

As an owner you can stay and play for up to 105 days (in any configuration you choose). The on-site management company handles the vacation rentals for you the rest of the year. Owners currently pay $290/month for master insurance policies, pest control, cable, common area and exterior maintenance. The other dues are based on occupancy/usage and are billed and/or expensed monthly per unit. This neat little complex offers a sweet spot for your St Augie vacations and rental income to offset your costs when you’re gone. Sweet!
