Classic 1920s Mediterranean Revival

It’s the house you always admire as you pass by on your way from town to Vilano Beach and where you wonder what exactly lies behind that courtyard wall and iron gate. Well, it’s a classic 1920s Mediterranean Revival sitting high above the street waiting to entice you with original details and a sunny floorplan so you won’t be disappointed.

The property fronts on May Street with the entry set back from the wall but come around to E San Carlos and enter through the garden with the fragrant citrus. This era called for generous rooms and so they are.
