Let’s start with the main floor where 3 bedrooms surround a family room. 1st bedroom is en-suite and enjoys a private covered porch with ocean views. The other 2 share hall bath and eastern bedroom opens to large wraparound porch with vista of the sea. Another covered porch off the gathering room looks over pool and patio below. Friends and family will line up to visit so considered yourself on notice!

Head upstairs to be rewarded by sunlit great room, kitchen and dining alcove lined with windows and surrounded by open decks to the south, east and north all looking out to blue water. Tumbled stone fireplace will wait patiently for cool weather but it’s beautiful all year long. Kitchen has an abundance of custom cabinetry and workspace so everyone can participate in making memorable meals. Parties will naturally spill outside and there’s room for everyone. En-suite, owners’ quarters are on the west side with a private covered porch. Soaking tub under a window offers view of treetops and blue sky and there’s a separate shower if you’re on the run. Laundry chute from this and 2nd floor en-suite is a welcome thing. Small office loft over the stairs keeps you organized and mostly out of sight.

1st floor is home to laundry room, pool bath with shower and an all-purpose tiled room leading out the pool. Owners planned for future elevator and shaft is now a closet on each floor. Life can be crazy but there is an antidote – welcome to North Beach.
